Share your feedback on the Grahame Park Playground
The City of Vernon is gathering community feedback about the existing playground at Grahame to help inform future planning for the site.
The playground is nearing the end of its useful life. As the City looks ahead, we want to better understand how the playground and surrounding park are used today, and the role the playground plays within the broader park.
The park is a multi-use site that includes baseball diamonds, sports field, open space and a playground, and shared with Clarence Fulton Secondary School.
What we're asking
At this early stage, there are no specific plans for the playground. The City is first looking to understand how the space is used and what is important to the people who use it.
Through this survey, we want to hear about:
- How the playground and surrounding park are used today
- What people value about the existing playground
- Any comments on the playground or its current location
- What may be important to consider as the City looks ahead to the playground's future
Take the survey
What happens next?
City staff will review the feedback along with other considerations, including the condition of the existing playground, its role within the broader park system and available resources. This information will help inform future planning for the site, including whether and how the playground should be renewed.
